Males with ts ( transsexualism) "affirm" their innate sex/gender identity. They do not "change sex
Hormone Therapy along with surgeries for gynaecomastia (enlargement of breast tissue due to hormone imbalance) and a hysterectomy for in-congruent reproductive organs ,do not change the innate sex identity, but enable the individual to feel more comfortable with his body. This is not to be labelled as "sex reassignment surgery" or a "sex change"
These medical procedures are "not cosmetic" but are " medically necessary" to alleviate the symptoms of the condition and should be available at publicly funded health services.

MAN exists primarily online and is a hub that is intended to act as a base for information, communication and action.
