What is ts (Transsexualism)

The Physical symptoms of transsexualism in males
1)  reproductive organs that are incongruent with the male  identity
 2) menstruation- bleeding and hormone imbalance
 3) impaired phallus functionality 
4) gynaecomastica
5) hypogonadism
If untreated males with this condition can frequently experience depression and extreme personal discomfort.    
Self (or Sex) Affirmation Procedures are the only effective and recommended treatment for this condition.
Males who experience transsexualism may benefit from the assistance of a competent mental health professional in dealing with the trauma associated with the condition.

It must be recognised that genital appearance at birth, gonads and chromosomes are not the determinants of an individuals sex.  In most people they are congruent with the innate sex however in trassexualism as with a number of other conditions such as congenital adrenal hyperplasia , kleinfelters and androgen insensitivity syndrome. These commonly used predictors of a persons sex are ineffective.
